Abstract:   (40 Views)
The aim of the present study was to determine the role of artificial intelligence in the participation of education and training staff in Tehran. The present study was descriptive-correlational in terms of its applied purpose, nature of the research and quantitative in terms of data type. The statistical population of the study included all education and training staff in Tehran, which was determined as a sample size of 383 people using the stratified random sampling method and the Cochran formula. Data collection was carried out using the standard questionnaires of Chen et al. (2022) and Sutton's Employee Participation (2014). Content and construct validity were used to calculate validity, and reliability was examined with Cronbach's alpha coefficient, composite reliability and McDonald's omega, which indicated the validity and reliability of the research tool. For data analysis, two methods of descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, skewness and kurtosis and percentage, frequency, table and graph) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation and multiple regression) were used with IBM SPSS-27 software. The findings showed that all components of AI, including AI management (0.445), AI-based decision-making (0.649), AI infrastructure (0.725), AI skills (0.721), and AI inclination (0.934), have a significant impact on the participation rate of education staff in Tehran.
