The present study aimed to investigate the impact of local wisdom and entrepreneurial mindset of employees on organizational resilience with respect to the role of innovation. This research is applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of its nature and method. The statistical population of the study includes all small and medium-sized rice producing companies in Iran, of which 369 managers were selected as a statistical sample. The sampling method in this study was proportional stratified random. The data collection method in this study was a survey and the main tool for collecting information was a standard questionnaire. To examine the validity of the research tool, face, content and construct validity were used. To measure the reliability of the questionnaires, Cronbach's alpha coefficient and composite reliability were used. In this study, data were analyzed at two levels of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and SmartPLS software. The results showed that local wisdom and the entrepreneurial mindset of employees have a positive and significant effect on organizational resilience. Innovation also mediates this relationship.
